Our free migration offer applies to a compatible existing website moving to an OXO hosting package. We confirm the scope before the transfer, including the database, email accounts and any connected services that need special care. You do not need to order a new website to use the offer.

What We Handle During The Move.

  1. Review the current setup. We check the platform, storage, mailboxes, DNS and access to the current provider. This establishes whether the website fits the chosen package.
  2. Prepare the new hosting. We set up your account, copy the agreed website files and database, and prepare the email transfer where included in the plan.
  3. Test the important journeys. We review pages, forms, certificates and the agreed email setup before changing the live destination.
  4. Coordinate the switch. We agree the timing, update the relevant settings and check the website after the move.

Keep the current hosting active until the transfer is checked and confirmed. Some platforms do not provide a portable website, and some third-party services require their own licences. We identify those points before agreeing the migration.

The transfer itself follows the agreed plan: its duration depends on access to the old provider, the amount of data and the DNS changes involved.

Start includes one website and one professional mailbox. Essential adds room for a small team. Business offers more storage and email accounts, while Premium adds unlimited storage, more mailboxes and priority support. Every package includes SSL, daily backups and support.

Our separate WordPress range includes WordPress installation and cache setup on LiteSpeed hosting, together with scheduled performance checks. Existing WordPress websites can move onto the package suited to their size and support requirements.
