Package And Payment
Your proposal identifies the package, currency, annual price, service dates and any discount or domain bundle. Standard hosting is paid annually in advance by bank transfer. Free migration of one compatible website from your current provider is included with a hosting package, subject to migration availability. We confirm the website, database, mailbox and DNS scope before starting. Mailboxes must fit the selected package. Rebuilds, incompatible proprietary platforms, paid third-party licences and unrelated development are outside the migration offer. Domain services are separate unless the proposal includes them.
Same-Day Activation And Migration
We activate the hosting account within the same day once payment and the required setup details are confirmed. Activation is the creation of your hosting service. Website and email migration, domain transfers and DNS updates have a separately agreed schedule and depend on access, compatibility, data size and the current provider. Keep the existing service active until the transfer has been tested and confirmed.
Website And Email Storage
Each package supports one website. Website files, databases and mailboxes share the account’s storage allowance. There is no separate maximum size per mailbox. The number of mailboxes remains limited by the selected package.
Unlimited Storage
Unlimited storage means there is no preset disk-space quota for the active website and normal business email covered by the package. It is not general file storage, a backup repository, a file-distribution service or storage for unrelated websites. Shared-platform limits, including file counts and acceptable-use safeguards, continue to apply. Where usage needs a different arrangement, OXO will discuss a suitable service and any resulting price before an upgrade.
Backups And Recovery
Daily backups form part of the service. Recovery depends on the available backup and its integrity; no particular recovery point or recovery time is guaranteed by this package description. Keep an independent copy of business-critical information. Extra restoration or investigation work may require an agreed charge.
WordPress And Website Care
WordPress packages include installation and cache setup, followed by the checks listed in the package. Performance depends on website code, plugins, content and external services. Premium’s two annual hours cover minor changes to the existing website; unused time does not roll over. Redesigns, new functionality, paid licences and work beyond the allowance require a separate agreement.
Support And Platform
Support covers the hosting service and the included package tasks. Priority support means prioritisation within OXO’s support workload, not a guaranteed resolution time. These are shared hosting packages. Specialist applications, traffic patterns or hosting-location requirements must be assessed before ordering.
Availability And Changes
Package availability reflects OXO’s onboarding capacity. A place is confirmed in your accepted proposal. Upgrades, changes to scope and future renewal prices are confirmed in writing. Existing agreed client bundles and discounts remain governed by their proposals.
