Organise A Property Catalogue
Choose consistent fields for location, price, type and availability. A structured catalogue helps staff maintain information and gives visitors a meaningful way to narrow their search. Agree how withdrawn properties are handled before they accumulate in the results.
Keep Property Status Visible
A catalogue needs a defined route for available, reserved and withdrawn properties. Decide which states visitors can see and what happens to an old link. A property identifier should remain useful when the title or price changes.
Prepare The Image Workflow
Agree how staff upload, order and caption photographs. Make the first image representative and retain dimensions so the layout does not jump as pictures load. Check the result on a phone as well as the editing screen.
Define The Handover
For a new property system, document which fields staff can edit and how an enquiry carries the property reference. Test those tasks with the people who will use the catalogue. These are planning recommendations, not a claim about the historical Blue Oasis implementation.
