How Does AskOXO Learn About My Business?
We start with publicly accessible pages you approve, then add agreed business facts and answers. You review the information before activation. The assistant retrieves that content to answer questions; it does not need to train a new model on your business.
Can It Work With WordPress Or My Existing Website?
Standard installation is included on a compatible WordPress or custom website. We check access, content and any restrictions first. Bespoke system integrations or significant website repairs are agreed separately. The pilot is installed by OXO; a downloadable self-service plugin is not yet available.
Are The Paid Plans Annual?
Yes. The full annual price is payable for the annual service. The smaller monthly figure is an equivalent for comparison, not a monthly payment option. Reply allowances reset monthly and do not roll over.
What Counts As An AI Reply?
One generated assistant answer counts as one reply. A conversation can contain several replies. Business shares its monthly allowance across up to three websites. We do not apply automatic overage charges; your contact route remains available if the allowance is reached.
Will It Answer Unrelated Questions?
It is designed to stay within your approved business information and redirect unrelated requests. If an answer is missing or uncertain, it should offer a useful contact route. We test realistic questions and review gaps; no AI system is error-free.
What Does Free Installation Include?
A standard widget installation, initial setup using the agreed pages and a practical handover on a compatible website. This applies to the Free plan too, subject to confirming compatibility and an installation date. Custom data connections are a separate agreed scope.
Can It Guarantee More Enquiries?
No. Helpful answers and a clearer next step can remove friction, but enquiries depend on traffic, the offer and visitor intent. We agree what to measure and assess the quality of enquiries, not just the number of chat messages.
What Happens After I Request A Plan?
OXO reviews your website and intended use, confirms compatibility, installation timing and the final scope, then sends a proposal. Submitting this form does not take payment or create a subscription.
