Work-Led Opening

Artist portfolio website design
The Damla Ozdemir Art Studio archive uses a full-screen visual introduction with the artist’s studio name placed over the work. The design gives the creative practice an immediate identity without competing with the imagery.

Darkened photographic material provides the setting for a centred studio title. A downward indicator invites the visitor to continue beyond the opening screen. The first impression is deliberately editorial: the work leads, and the website framing stays quiet.

The centred title gives the imagery an identifiable owner.
The downward cue indicates that further content follows.
An artist portfolio should support the way a collector, curator or collaborator evaluates work. A new site should establish series, individual artwork information, exhibition context and commission or purchase enquiries, with image handling that preserves detail while remaining practical on mobile.
