Estate-agency website

The Brief.

The archived Ayling project presents two common property-search journeys: browsing homes by requirements and finding a known listing by reference. Both are visible near the top of the page, alongside the agency’s local identity.

The Approach.

The layout places search controls next to a large area image. Below them, property cards combine photographs with location, property type and key facts. Agency information remains alongside the listings so visitors can understand the business while browsing its stock.

01

Requirement-Based Search

The archived interface includes sale or rental, location, price, bedroom and property-type filters.

02

Reference Lookup

A separate reference search gives returning visitors a direct route to a known property.

03

Scannable Property Cards

Each featured listing groups an image with essential property information.

04

International Audience

English and Spanish language options are visible beside the contact details in the archived header.

What Was Delivered.

The archive provides a concrete example of a property-led website from our Sotogrande portfolio. It is shown as an earlier project, not a new design or a current property feed. Prices, availability and contact details in the image are historical.
