Keyword Research: Find The Questions Worth Answering
Keyword research should reveal what people need, not produce a list to scatter across a website. Begin with the services you offer and the language customers use when describing their problem.

Collect Evidence From Several Places
Review enquiry notes, sales conversations and the queries available in Search Console. Use research tools to explore related wording, while keeping their estimates separate from observed data. A low-volume question can still matter when it comes from a suitable customer.
Group By Intent
Separate requests for a supplier from requests for an explanation or comparison. Decide which existing page should serve each group. Several similar phrases often belong on one strong page; they do not automatically justify separate articles.
Choose What You Can Answer Well
Prioritise subjects where you can provide accurate detail, useful examples or first-hand project information. Record the intended page and its next step. Review the plan after publication using relevant traffic and enquiries, rather than treating the initial keyword list as permanent.
