Do Not Infer Market Permission From A Border Agreement

The UK–EU agreement concerning Gibraltar was signed on 14 July 2026 and provisionally applied from 15 July 2026. Gibraltar is not formally joining the Schengen area. This does not by itself settle a business’s right to sell a particular regulated service. Confirm the permissions and customer jurisdictions relevant to the offer.

Make Language Versions Complete

Translate the service description, important conditions and form messages together. Use distinct, stable language URLs where appropriate and have a fluent reviewer check the result. Avoid publishing a translated menu with key information left inaccessible to that audience.

Check The Mobile Journey

Test important pages and forms on ordinary devices and connections. Keep images appropriately sized and make the outcome of an enquiry clear. Visitors should not need to guess which countries or languages the support team can handle.

Assign Content Owners

Give changing information an accountable reviewer. Keep evidence for claims about delivery, eligibility or service scope. Update related pages together so the same customer does not receive different answers at different stages.
